I placed an order on the 27th October 2020 and received email confirmation on the 29th October 2020 stating the items had been despatched and providing a DPD tracking number with details of your delivery date and 1-hour time slot to follow. The tracking number did not work and nor did I receive any notification of a time slot as promised. I reported that it had not been received on the 10th November 2020. I got no response to my email and could not call as telephone lines were not being manned “due to covid”. I finally managed to make contact through the online chat service on the 17th of November after a forty-minute wait. I received an email on the 20th of November 2020 stating that both items had been sent. Only one arrived. They were gifts for small children leaving one very disappointed. I fully anticipate that Covid restrictions will be used as an excuse to justify the extremely poor level of service. The real difficulty is much more likely to be that the company has furloughed most of the staff at the taxpayers’ expense leaving a skeleton staff to manage a workload that has probably fallen little if at all. My advice is not to purchase from this company at least until the furlough scheme ends if you want to avoid disappointment and much hassle.

Their live chat service is ridiculously poor! I had a problem on click and collect online when I placed an order. Thinking that live chat might be an easier way to get in touch with them but I was wrong! They not only reply really slowly, but also what even worse is they disappear after collecting all your personal data!! Waste me 1.5 hours today!

The worst customer service ever experienced (East Dulwich shop). I took an item back that I had just purchased as my daughter received the same from someone else. The item was £40 and they tried to refund just £24 back! The Supervisor was so rude in the branch and as English isn't my first language, my husband politiely tried to explain that they had made a mistake. The supervisor actually told him not to butt in! How rude. The issue was eventually resolved and I received the correct refund, however we were so upset by the way we were treated and spoken to. We have always been loyal customers of the brand and frequent many of the stores. Not anymore and in a time where customer service should be paramount.

I bought an item in store a few days later when I was putting it away I noticed what looked like a whole in the item I brought. Upon further inspection I actually realise this was a cigarette burn. Immediately I went on to live chat sent across photos and all I was told was “ I can’t see anything we don’t do refunds“ by a lady on the live chat called Helen. She told me if I wanted to take it back go into store, I told her I lived an hour away from the nearest store and I just wanted a replacement, I was happy to send the item back. Chat conveniently got disconnected so I rang up and spoke to a lady on the phone who seems helpful and said she’d email me right away but hasn’t so far. I can’t believe the Childs toy has a cigarette burn in it?? It makes me question what’s going on in their factories. If it was just for me I wouldn’t be bothered but the fact that this is a Childs toy and it’s got a cigarette burn on it is something else!! absolutely disgusting. Children put toys in their mouths I’m completely shocked I’m actually going to report this to trading standards for two reasons. The fact that it’s dangerous for children and the fact that the customer service and dealing with this has been shocking. I will never shop here again.

I love JoJo Maman Bébé products, especially for their quality - so I was shocked when I recieved a dress that came apart at the seam by the button holes I was shocked. The customer service team (Kim helped me out!) were awesome and in less than an hour had organised a replacement. I am so happy and excited to be able to enjoy my new dress when it arrives.

I bought an online voucher for a friend’s new baby and after a few weeks I discovered she hadn’t received it. I contacted Kim at JoMamanBebe and she looked into it for me. Turned out to be a wrong email address and within an hour of me contacting Kim, a new voucher had been sent and has now been received. Thank you Kim for excellent service.

Searched weeks online for a box for shawl I knitted for my first great grandchild. Found born 2021 box on Tuesday pm at JoJo Maman Bebe but delivery was 24/48 hours, too late for ‘gender reveal’ on Wednesday 6.30pm. Nicola at Cust Svcs pulled out all the stops and Born 2021 box, sleepsuit, hat, socks were all delivered next day at 5pm in time for ‘gender reveal’. All the items are lovely quality and I’m delighted with them as was mum-to-be. Cannot thank Nicola enough. Excellent service, first class products. By the way ‘It’s a boy’.

Excellent service received from Kim from JoJo customer services when my parcel was stolen from my front door due to Hermes not delivering it securely. She was very quick to respond to my query and offer to replace what was stolen. My only criticism would be not to use Hermes to deliver parcels as they are careless in my experience.

I needed to contact JoJo Maman Bebe online web services to hunt down an order. Sarah was very helpful and quickly solved the problem which was due to my mistake. Would highly recommend them.

Super customer service!My parcel was delivered opened and were missing several items (Hermès), but I will get all missing items free of charge with next day delivery again free. Professional and friendly approach, am really satisfied.

My order took over 3weeks and had to be ordered 3 times to come! That said the customer service I received ( especially from Helen ) was exceptional. My main issue was with DPD who done the delivery. I was sent a email to response to as to where I would like my parcel to be left , they sent a message back confirming this then didn't bother leaving it! Eventually after advice I put signs for the driver as to where I would like my parcel to go and it got delivered. The parcel on opening was damaged box several items unwrapped so damage to those items, I contacted Jojo again, chatting with the lovely Helen who responded so great that got sent a goodwill gesture which was so greatly appreciated and it came promptly the very next day at the time stated and I saw the van so the driver hannded it to me with kind words of thanks. To be honest I would think twice about shopping with Jojo again but it's personal choice.

I had an order that tracked as delivered but never received, despite looking in all the usual places delivery drivers like to leave things! I contacted customer services who replied straight away and have done their best through the delivery company to find out what had happened. Although the parcel never turned up, Jojo, and more specifically Emma, were great and offered to send a replacement. The quality of their products is always great and to be backed up with great, friendly customer support is lovely. Thank you, and thanks Emma.
